How do we N-POW-R-U ?

Yoga Basics

A beginner would be perfect to start with yoga basics focusing on poses, proper alignment and breath control.

Vinyasa

is a style of yoga characterized by flowing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath.

Power Flow

is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa with emphasis on strengthening muscles and elevating the heart rate slightly.

Yin-Yin Yoga

is a slower paced, more mindful approach while holding poses for longer periods of time.

Chair Yoga

is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. 

Earth Fitness

Endurance - Agility - Repetition - Teamwork - Heart (Body weight based work out).

Personal Training

One on One fitness designed specifically for the goals of the individuals physical achievements 

Pilates

A system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Barre

does mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.

Family Fitness Fun

Wellness and fitness designed to share with a family member. Come together and share the gift of health.
